Hi everyone I have loaded up afew photos so if you check out my photo album you can see what i have been up to since i arived. I is raining here this afternon, yes you can all laugh, but it isn't cold. I am doing ok. In hostpial it is still the same routine of ward rounds, teaching and clerking patients, so quite similar to the way i am taught in the UK. I have seen some good tropical diseases i would not nornaly get to see though. I will just have to hope i don't catch any! I hope you are all well, have fun looking at the photos. Helen
