Today we did a big bus tour to rest our legs and get a feel for the city. We had a really great guide and saw a lot. We went to the 'top of the rock' and had great views over the city north and south. We then walked around fifth, Broadway and times square which was amazing. We found happy hour at a beer cafe on fifth with five dollar beers and one dollar oysters which was a very happy hour (in prep for the oyster festival!). We finished the day at the Stardust Diner (thank you Vicky) which was fab. The waiting staff are all students who are working towards being on Broadway. One minute our waitress was getting drinks next she was up singing her heart out. A great fun evening.
