A nice lye in today.... When I woke up Arnold's chef was in the kitchen preparing lunch. I drifted back off to sleep and got back up after midday. Arnold's chef made us pancakes for breakfast, or brunch I should say. I've never known pancakes to taste so good, I mean I know they're nice anyway, but these were delicious! Something so simple made to taste so much nicer than any other pancakes that I've tried.
We were going to head to the beach but it was cloudy and a bit cooler today. I ended up going back to bed and falling back asleep for a couple of hours.
I spoke to Delia this afternoon who said they both had a good night but both felt very ill! It was such a lovely evening and so nice to see them both again. They said they would return from Morogoro a few days early so they could spend a couple of days here in Dar before they head to Zanzibar and before I head home, which will be nice, if they remember saying that, haha, I must check with them! Around 5pm we all went for a full body massage which was so rrelaxing and nice! No relaxing music like back home but I didn't mind, I felt completely relaxed! For an hour I flt care free and could forget about all of my bad luck over the past few days and think about the amazing experiences I have had and the lovely people I have met.
After the massage we chilled with Arnold's friend Josh and had some dinner, prepared by Arnold's chef, it was amazing! Literally like living in another world here. I feel like lady muck. I've been dosing in and out of sleep all evening. I am all showered, fresh and snuggled in bed.
We have to be up early tomorrow as we are going on a bicycle tour of Dar at 8:30am! I am so looking forward to it. I feel so last here. In karatu I walked a few miles a day, whereas here in Dar, I walk to the car and back and that's about it. It'll be nice to see Dar by bicycle and do some exercise.
