This afternoon Rich, Arnold and I headed down to the yacht club where there is a small beach for members. Everyone on the beach was European. Arnold doesn't like thr Sun so he sat in the shade sulking whilst Rich and I relaxed on the beach catching some rays. Yesterday evening after watching Last Vegas I managed to get up and get showered. We all went out for dinner with Rabin to a place called High Spirits, it was rather posh, and was almost like fine dining! You had to spend a minimum of 15,000 shillings per person, which wasn't difficult when the mains started at around 30,000 shillings. 30,000 shillings is only £12 but here that is a very expensive meal! Good evening, Not much news from me today as my day has consisted of sleeping and being hungover! We didn't get in until 6:30am this morning. I slept through until the afternoon.
