Continued with work as usual on Thursday.. still not doing anything for me, I felt like leaving at the end of my shift but I thought I would give it one last go on Friday and complete the week. The remainder of the evening was spent out and about around the bars in Surfers with the lads until the early hours again.

Back to work on Friday with the intention of leaving at the end of the day, I thought I'd give it my best shot and one last big effort. The day flew by and I quite enjoyed myself making good sales.. but still, I knew this wasn't the job for me even though I know I can do it to a good standard. I handed in my resignation at the end of my shift and headed back to the hostel happy and relieved. Pool tournament and beers with the rest of the group made for a nice relaxed end to the day.

Saturday... headed down to the beach around midday to chill out and top up the tan. I decided to go buy a ball for the beach.. and came back 2 hours later with a pair of funky new trainers and 2 cool singlets.. no ball! Ooops!

Made a pasta for my dinner and got ready to go out into Surfers and watch the Manchester derby in a small casino with a few jugs of beer. Not the result I had hoped for but still a good night nevertheless.

Today has been spent on the beach again relaxing and listening to music.. and have just gotten back from a nice steak dinner at Melbas Bar. Didn't manage to side step the pic 'n' mix shop on the way back though.. and a free BBQ at the hostel awaits if I can stomach it! :)

No work to get up for tomorrow so one of the theme parks is on the cards.. Dreamworld!! A combination of white knuckle rides and water park slides.. can't wait!
