Had a great last few days in Cairns, spending time with Claire, Fi and Katie. Just been shopping, walking, sunbathing and having great nights out. Thursday night we went to a fantastic Thai restaurant. I am ashamed to say I have never had Thai before and now I am in love. Chicken Phad Thai yum yum! Friday night we went for a cocktail down by the Pier which was lovely and something I really wanted to do before I left. Yesterday I did the tablelands tour with a company called Uncle Brians. I had a tour guide called Rohan who was fantastic. We were singing, dancing and playng games on the bus it was very funny. One of the games was called where's wally. We had to pass a polo from person to person using a matchstick in our mouths. Brilliant game. We went to 4 waterfalls, one of which was where the Mysterious Girl video and the Timotei advert was filmed. I did a reconstruction - check out the photo hehe. We also went on a natural waterslide which was so much fun. I had a fantastic day, was a great way to finish off my time in Cairns. Leaving tomorrow so I am washing and packing today. The weather has turned cloudy and rainy so I going to go and chase the sun. Jane has decided to come to Mission Beach with me which is great. It will be nice to have her company, even if she doesn't continue to travel with me.

Got to go and hang my clothes out so I will check in tomorrow when I am in Mission.
