Today we arrived in Chiang Mai! We are staying in a hostel called spicythai backpackers in pretty much the town centre- we're really looking forward to getting stuck in to the huge amount of stuff we can do here! We thought we'd get started straight away so tonight we're doing a four hour cooking class learning how to make 4 different traditional Thai dishes which should be fun! :) we're also hoping to do some elephant jungle trekking, stay with a tribe, white water rafting, go to the night markets and maybe cuddle some tigers! We'll keep you all updated as we go along :D bye for now! (ps- we think it's safe to say we are officially 'roughing it' now- we'll post some photos of the room later! :P)
