Yesterday we went to an absolutely stunning waterfall call Erawan Falls- the water was so clear and turquoise! It would have been the best experience ever if it weren't for the huge fish who were insistent on sucking/ biting your feet and legs as you got in the water! A bit like those spa fish but a huge version! There were 7 levels to it, unfortunately we didn't see them all but we saw most of them and they were all pretty, there were huge butterflies everywhere and we even saw a monkey! Today we went to see the cemetery for people who died making the death bridge in ww2...it was strange to see so many graves where the people had fought in the Royal Norfolk Regiment, it felt like a piece of Britain in the middle of thailand. Have just booked a minibus to Bangkok so we are now waiting for it to arrive- tonight we are going to the Skybar (as seen in the hangover 2) and Khao San road so should be fun! :D
