Yesterday we had a beach day! It was such a nice beach.. Gold sands and crystal clear water, however the only thing that spoilt it was jellyfish and unfortunately Catherine got stung! But she survived and, with the help of vinegar, soon recovered. We were there up until 5pm just chilling mostly and got a Tuk Tuk back to the hostel. Our plan was to go out to Patong for the evening but unfortunately there was no room on the shuttle bus for us and the taxis are quite expensive! So we had a meal then got an ice cream to share between us, very tasty as per. We then watched Star Wars with a few other roommates and then saw Liverpool play Man City - Gerrards was a cracker! We also face timed home which was very nice! Now about to go to Kata Noi beach to soak up the rays a tad bit more.. will blog again this evening, till next time au revoir. F+C
