We woke up early for the long haul from QT to Christchurch.. Was a long 450km journey! After hours on the bus, we said farewell to the Kiwi Exp bus and a little while after we were kindly picked up by Abbi! Was great to catch up with everyone inc the array of pets, glad to be in a roomy house with a fire, TV and good food although it didn't seem like we were there 2 months ago.. more like last week! The next day we got all of our stuff together and Gary took us back to the airport, stopping off for very tasty banana and bacon pancakes! It seemed like it was a good time to leave NZ considering the weather was turning cold and rainy! New Zealand was such a good, good time and we loved something about every day as you can tell from the blog! What a county! Next stop.. Oz!
