On Monday after having a massive lunch with all the teachers from Banong School we were asked to teach Prathom 1 as they had been requesting us!! We taught them some animals, they were a very excitable but very cute class and loved our stickers!In the evening we attempted to cook rice balls which were very tasty.. and then played the drums with Kru Ob and did gymnastics with the kids.. as there were lots of people at school getting prepared for scout camp. One of the boys was doing backwards flips off a tyre which was pretty cool!!

Tuesday was our second scout camp for the 8 schools, so there were 8 Av's there! the morning began with some excitement as our schools piglets were born!! We watched the birth of 10 healthy little piglets..We then headed off walking to Huai Kuhm, we walked alongside our girls, doing stations along the way including the bad man station where one of the teachers dressed up and chased us.. scaring the children a lot....and fran...!!There was also a fat buddah station which was highly amusing where the slightly larger teacher from Banong made the children meditate!When we arrived we had lunch and then in the afternoon we decided to join our boys in the activities, which included climbing between trees and mostly a massive waterfight in the river. We were soaked and also took part in some thai boxing- a bamboo beam where we had boxing gloves and tried to balance while we tried to hit each other into the water..!!We then headed back in the pick-up and had dinner with the students..and then a take away with the teachers...

On Wednesday we had a normal teaching day and then in the evening we attempted to cook our teachers pad thai.. they said it was delicious just that it should have been brown not white!!

Thursday we taught again. We taught the 4's who we hadnt taught in weeks but they had remembered a lot!!and were happy to be back in the classroom playing games, such as the clothes race!We then headed off into Tha Ton for Sarahs birthday dinner at the riverside restaurant..

Friday we taught and then headed off for a weekend in Chiang Mai...
