This week has been a week of teaching in our school however we have had many afternoons/mornings off for various reasons!!

Monday was as normal until we decided to go for a walk and then came back to find our teachers having a little picnic in the computer room consisting of fish and frogs!! yum!! but we both tried the frogs which were actually ok/ tasted of duck!! we also had our first experience of spy!!

Tuesday afternoon we were taken rice farming which was so much fun!! we were given huge thai hats and were up to our knees in mud planting the rice!! The boys came around that evening and our teachers got very excited and decided to take us out for a meal near Mok Cham! We had some very spicy vegetables which didn't go down too well!! but the noodles were very nice!! We then went back to our shack and played poker!!

On Wednesday morning we were told again we were not to teach the 2's which was very sad!! but we were taking a thai dance class taught by a thai hill tribe!! it was very co-ordinated stuff but we got the hang of it after the millilionth run through and were even asked to be at the front of the group to help lead however we thought probably best not!! susie then went out to lunch with the tribe at the famouse noodle bar however fran thought best not as the first stomach bug had hit!!

Thursday was a surprise to find out we were celebrating the headmasters birthday as he told us he was born on thursday so every thursday we were going to have a little party!!

Today is sophia's birthday!! we got our room nicely decorated and ready for her and our ajan even baught here a little gift!! very sweet!! we were also made to do karioke in the student show and sang "my love" by west life hoping that they would all join in as they knew it however no such luck!! we are off to chang mai soon!!
