Lunch
We swam to an island so I didn't have my camera. But I still remember the amazing lunch.
We had steamed squid in black ink and a vinegrette. Served with a coconut curry vegetable mung bean dal. I'm going to re create the dal. It was too amazing not to try again.
There was also a jack fruit coconut curry. Oh wow. It's tasty.
This is a photo by one of the guys on the trip and it also shows the papaya salad but not the dal.
