Nigiri Hamachi Younger yellowtail Touch of wasabi. Fresh Ginger too and soy. Really enjoyed this. Fish is easily sliced with a chop stick. :)

Nemuro hanamaru restaurant. Sapporo sushi. Such a great time eating today. Second favourite meal of trip. Esaki first :) A great buzz in restaurant. Chefs all cheer and say something when new customers come in. Massive queues always. Three day hiking trip in Daisetsuzan National Park Meals mostly noodles, rice, sauce. Lots of nuts and some sake :).
