Yangshou, China Sep 15, 2012 Eggplant yangshou style I know they love eggplant in Asia. Its everywhere...I'm just not a fan. However .... this 4 min dish was really seriously tasty. Serve with steak or fish as a side :)

Yangshou, China Sep 15, 2012 Steamed chicken recipe. Prefer steamed fish to chicken but the steamer in the wok was cook. Of don't have steamer just place two chopsticks across wok and balance plate on top.
