Eggplant yangshou style
I know they love eggplant in Asia. Its everywhere...I'm just not a fan.
However .... this 4 min dish was really seriously tasty. Serve with steak or fish as a side :)

Egg dumplings stuffed with pork meat with chilli and mint and oyster sauce.
