Bamboo pith dumpling - the dark filling one. It had a consistency of mince meat and was a rather bland filling but the pasta part was so thin and soft. Lotus paste bun. I love these steamed buns. Taste like china :) the paste was sweet but sweet like a fresh banana not sweet like chocolate or candy. Shrimp and mountain green dumpling Plump fresh prawns with a fresh spinach like paste. Really well balanced. Salted vegetables and cuttlefish with rice vermice...

Airport. Ate here and slept here. Nice Christmas tunes. Very spicy chicken tender :) Forgot I was in china when I asked for the spicy version. Girls asked me three times was I sure. I should have twigged :)
