FARFRUMWURKEN
Today was unloading day. All of us loaded into the car and truck for the trek to the barn for storage. Keli & Joe are sitting on 86 acres just south of Murfreesboro in Bradyville and have a barn in back for our possessions.
Here in the U.S. they have environmentally friendly soap, to the point where you always throw out the soap when it gets to the small middle piece. So they make soap with a hole in the middle, very green don't you think.
Between the six of us we managed to unload everything from the truck directly into the loft (hay hole - know what I mean) of the barn for storage. Nothing broken - all arrived safely even with all the speed bumps, we expected some of the antiques to be all but splinters.
Back to the house we settled in on a mess of SMOKED Chicken wings, Pork BBQ, Slaw, Baked Beans, Corn cakes with a mild and hot BBQ sauce. You'll will see in the picture that I enjoyed myself, making more that a glutton of myself from these amazing wings from the Slick Pig (not joking..... http://www.slickpigbbq.com).
Tomorrow is the return date for the truck once and for all we'll be free of this turbo nightmare. After that we're off to Middle Tennessee State University's Photography building and the Art building so that I can see the stuff that Keli does so well.
