Day 160 (Wednesday 14th May 08) A very sleepless night on the bus to Kuala Lumpur. Arrived at about 6am and walked over to the bus station to get tickets for the first bus going to Melaka. Luckily there was a bus leaving at 6:30am so bought our tickets and went off to find the scanky toilet. Then downstairs to our platform to wait for the bus. Day 144 (Monday 28th April 08) Not a very good night's sleep, comfy seats but hard to stay in them with the crazy driving! Would probably be better if they were smaller so you couldn't move around as much! Stopped for an hour somewhere in the highlands but it was pouring with rain so didn't get out of the bus. Day 141 (Friday 25th April 08) Packed away our final bits into our bags and went and checked out. Had something to eat and headed along to the jetty at about 10 to 12 so we were ready for our speeboat trip back to the mainland. Day 129 (Sunday 13th April 08) Up early to be ready for the minibus from Taman Negara to Jerantut. Not a bad journey and only took about an hour. Spoke to the guy when we arrived and he said he hadn't been able to book our bus to Kuantan as the only one that was free was 5pm and it was now 10am so we didn't really want to wait around all day.
