Quiet day today inside the ship but it is blowing a force 8 gale outside. The sea is very choppy as a result. Feels as if we are going over potholes ( that is not a misspelling for portholes). Just did lots of eating, exploring and shopping. A lot of people were feeling unwell and have decided to stay in their rooms. Thank goodness for our sea bands. We had a late lunch which we finished as they were setting up afternoon tea so we selected some fine pieces. Unfortunately a sudden lurching movement of the ship ended up with all of George's tray sliding off the table all over me and onto the floor.
The evening was spent as usual eating and drinking.
