Bushy Parker park another fab free spot! There were so many freshwater turtles in the creek here, so of course we wanted to feed them! I googled their diet then grated some carrot n apple. However at first the turtles were excited by our presence but soon lost interest in our healthy snack! White bread was a winner. Even the eels came out for some!
Great company every night round our neighbours campfire. And delicious homemade mango ice-cream..yum.
The local bridge has the most amazing graffiti art work I loved it absolutely brilliant. Took loads of photos.
While here we spent a day in Townsville. The strand on the water front gorgeous. We all had a swim in the man made lagoon beside the beach. Great play equipment for the girls.
The city itself is pretty much like any other city, the art gallery was fab to walk around and lots of old building bit like freo.
Girls being little champs and getting on with lots of school work! Even I'm learning my times tables again!! Kevs been learning Candeece is teaching him algebra!!
