Gold coast was action packed and fun, fun, fun. We stayed close to the theme parks. Gold Coast tourist park. The park had fab private cabanas by the pool, spent a few hours reading there just bliss except little water dragons kept wanting to join me! Mikayla loved the pools water slide and hot spa. Best toilets in a caravan park ever !!! A massive tropical fish tank is what separates the ladies from the gents. It was amazing. Lovely chandler lights in the showers to, it all felt very 5 star hotel.
Our girls loved the theme parks. Movie world being a favourite. Great rides. Candeece and I loved the Superman and Arkham Asylum. Scooby Doo scary coaster was fun. Mikayla loved the Wild West falls. Sea World also a great family day out. Pro jet ski stunt show was awsome. Wet n Wild was packed with schoolies!
I loved the vibe of Surfers-paradise. Reminds me of a Australian Bali!? We all love Yum cha and enjoyed a delish one here too! Then on the water front we timed it perfect for a Christmas carol concert, the girl singing was really funky and had the best voice! I loved it.
Brisbane city for a spot Christmas shopping, lunch and a nosey through Town hall a big, beautiful old building high detailed ceiling, stunning staircases. I want one hehe. Roma garden parklands a little oasis in the city is nice to relax and chill in. Lush pretty gardens, little water rapids and falls. Few water dragons roaming around too!
While at here we also had time to make some Christmas decorations for the van. So lovely having the time as a family to create these decorations with love and lots of giggles!
