Betty’s wheels haven’t moved an inch today as we’ve had a lazy day. We are at the halfway point of this trip and we celebrated by not doing much.
After a breakfast of tea and bacon rolls, we gave Betty a good clean with Rena being the main cleaner and me doing the moving and shaking, and generally being in the way.
We walked Missey along the river where we watched a couple of sailing barges I’d call them but I’m not an expert. We then walked to Lidl to start to compare prices and wine in general, came away with a couple of samples. We then spent the rest of the day sampling the samples and watching the boats sail up and down.
