Today we headed over to the south island. The boat was cancelled yesterday due to really bad weather (a lot of people being sick apparently! so something to look forward to!) This also meant that we hadnt lost Ben and Tara as they couldnt get on the boat so they are now going to stick with us until Franz Joseph which is cool! We all managed to get on the boat and it did sail thankfully with very small amount of bumpiness thank god! We entertained ourselves...

Well we have arrived in our final destination for the North Island - Wellington. The Capital of New Zealand. Also known as windy Wellington and for a good reason! We had rain and a ridiculously strong wind - all good fun!! We all headed to the national museum, Te Papa. It was free which is always nice.
