Unfortunatley today wasn't one of our better ones! Claire woke up feeling terrible and as from early morning to late evening didn't stop throwing up - not sure if it was the food or the beers but she won't be ordering the garlic and pepper dish again. Again spent most of the day at the pool, to be interupted by a huge thunderstorm for the rest of the day. Went ot for tea and met up with a South African couple.

Spent the day lounging round the pool sharing and reading a Dan Brown book ( a chapter each at a time). Escaped the heat in our air-con room about 4ish before going out for tea and sitting at the bar chatting to the locals.

Went to draw some money out this morning for our daily allowance where we then found that Dave had thoughtfully remembered not to take the card back from the machine, when we were in Phi Phi...oops. So his morning was spent ringing England and spending a fortune trying to cancel the card! Luckily we've still got Claire's, but have to be extra careful now! We left our illuminous yellow cell this morning to get some breakfast before our boat ride to Ko Lanta. We had allready booked our hotel (the first time since we left home) as it's Songkran - the Thai New Year - apparently everything gets really booked up fast at this time of year so we didn't take our chances!
