This morning we were accused of not paying for the stay last night by then man on reception of our hotel. Caught the bus over to Vientiane this morning and thankfully it was only a 3 and half hour journey - not the 7-8 hours that we're now used too! Today was the day we decided to do the most talked about activity in Laos - Tubing. It certainly puts our all dayers under the culvert to shame. First of all we got a rubber ring ( a tube ) from the tubing store (where else?),then we got crammed into a tuk tuk and taken 5km up river and dropped off and left competley alone with just our tubes!
