Well, I'm back in Kaunas now. I sat down with the director of the dance company here, and it seems like they are going to have a very busy summer. There is the new baltic dance festival on the first weekend of May, then a 3-city tour of germany mid-may, some performances in St. Petersburg in June, maybe another trip to germany after that. Then there is an israeli choreographer (yossi berg) coming to create a new work in July, which will premier in the Autumn International dance festival. So, I've decided to stay here a little bit longer and join them for the summer season. I just changed my ticket to return to NYC on November 4th. It's hard to commit to such a long time away from friends and family... but it seems like the right thing to do right for now. Luckily I've convinced Ira to come spend his May holiday with me here in europe, which will make things a little bit easier. :) I will do my best to keep updating this journal regularily, and please don't forget to let me know what you are up to as well. I miss you guys!!!!!
