The drive down the coast to Perth saw us stop in at Lancelin, and over night at Ledge Point. Lancelin was fun-with massive sand dunes that we spent time running up and down!! Well the kids ran up-we struggled up on all fours.

Our final stop before heading into Perth was the Gravity Discovery Center near Gingin. Here we had a ball doing loads of sciencey stuff. Exploring gravity, from a 42m tower, we dropped water balloons over the edge to demonstrate the effect of gravity!! The kids enjoyed learning about black holes, pressure, and G forces (spinning in a space capsule).
