We got up for breakfast as usual and then went back to the room to start packing. We had a little more to do seen as we hadn't expected to be leaving today. We got sorted and left just before check out time, we went down to settle our bill. It was the same girl that James had to deal with yesterday and as soon as we walked in she seemed offish. She wrote out our bill, James was checking it, she seemed annoyed by this. She had charged us for 2kg more laundry than we'd had, charged for water from the mini bar we hadn't had and put extra on the price of the taxi they had arranged for us from the airport when we had arrived. James showed her the email which confirmed the price, she wouldn't even look just shouted the price at him. Eventually though she changed the bill to the correct amount and we were just happy to leave! We walked for a little while down the road until we saw a taxi, asked the price, the price was obviously a ridiculous made up price so we walked away. The same taxi then pulled up next to us and dropped his price by more than half! We got the taxi to the next hotel. We checked in, the room was ready early so we went straight up, we were on the top floor which had great views. We settled in, the room was really nice, we finished off a couple of planning bits then headed out into Hoi An town. It was about a 20 minute walk from the hotel but pretty straight. We had a walk around and seen as it was a little later we wandered around until the night market had started. We ate at a restaurant which served great traditional food. The night market seemed to have a lot going on, some of the best looking shops in Hoi An are the lamp shops. They have lamps of all different colours, shapes and sizes and they are turned on at night which look amazing. As well as the bridge in the photograph which looks great at night. We bought ourselves some chopsticks as souvenirs, as we're becoming much better at using them. Then we aimed to walk back to the hotel, this took a little longer in the dark though!
