We got up late ish and went down to the pool for a little while this morning and got a few lengths done while it was still quite quiet. Around 11.00am we got out and got showers, we then went up to the restaurant to get some lunch. We’ve got a free buffet lunch from here for having their loyalty card and gaining a few points on it . Also when we booked we got some free credit on our account so we’re making sure we use it. After lunch we went back to our room and did some organising up until 3.00pm when we went downstairs and asked about their free shuttle to the strip. It goes at 3.30pm and we were to just wait outside for it. It was ready to go just after 3.30pm. We were driven to the strip and got out at Planet Hollywood. We walked through the casino there and out onto the street. We went to the Coca Cola shop which was two floors jam packed full of products and a cafe area, I’ve never seen so much Coca Cola merchandise. Although we then followed it by visiting M&M’s world which was a couple of doors down. This place was ‘choc’ a block with M&M’s stuff. The whole back wall of their ground floor had huge tubes of M&M’s which you could get into a bag and buy them by weight. They were giving away free samples of raspberry M&M’s which were amazing so we got ourselves a small bag of them. This place has four floors full of merchandise and on the fourth they also have a cinema which shows a short 3D film they’ve made, we had to give it a watch it was free afterall. It was called ‘I lost my M in Vegas’ it was around 10 minutes in length and the kids in there loved it. Very cheesy but the 3D was cool. Back into the shop the place was heaving, we didn’t really buy anything but it was worth a visit. After that we had a sit outside to work out what we wanted to do today. There is a shuttle back to the hotel at 8.30pm so that’s an option, we’re not sure how many of the things we want to see we can get seen. I didn’t bring their addresses or a map, we decided to go back into the casino and play on a fruit machine and get a free drink and decide. Well one drink turned into a few, we decided to skip the shuttle back and stay out seeing how many free drinks we could get. We started on beer and then realised we could get free frozen strawberry daiquiris too. We stayed for quite a while before going to find somewhere for something to eat. We found a place which did Chinese food really fast. We got a plate each and sat for a while. We had a walk around through this shopping centre we are in, the ceiling has blue sky and clouds on it so you would have no idea what time of day it was as it always looks like day time. We made our way back to the casino, had a couple more drinks then headed back to the hotel.
