We started today by having a lie in it's been a while since we have slept in. We got up and started getting our things together, we asked for a late check out of 1.30pm. The later the better really because we are only a 10 minute walk away from our next hotel and check in there is from 3.00pm. We did a few jobs on the computer while we have free wifi and checked out just before 1.30pm. The walk was hot but really not that far. When you walked in you walked immediately into a casino. The check in desk was to one side of it all. We got checked in early and got our key. We opted for the third floor, we were hoping that way we wouldn't be able to hear the casino at all from our room. The rooms were like a maze, it took us ages to find our room, number 3013! We got there, we're staying in this hotel for five nights so we were hoping it would be nice, luckily it was a huge king sized bed, a desk, lots of space to put clothes to save them from being scrunched in the backpack all the time and the place was massive with loads of space. There were a couple of things missing that we'd have liked though a fridge and a coffee maker. We don't have breakfast included so a coffee in the morning would have kept us going for a bit longer. Oh well, you can't have it all for £15 per night. We dumped all of our stuff and went out to suss out the pool and the loyalty card for the casino. I think most casinos do them but if you play for a little while you get promotions such as a free breakfast. The pool was really nice, and big not too busy either for the middle of the day. We went back to the reception to get the loyalty card. When you take this one out too you get two for one on a buffet meal at the restaurant. We played for a little while on the slot machines, until we were starving. We've only had some fruit and some nuts all day so decided to use the coupon tonight. The buffet was a Sunday buffet so it was $1 more expensive than a Monday-Saturday buffet. So our meal cost $11 for both of us. The deal was, ask for any drink you like then help yourself to anything from the buffet. The buffet was huge it had everything and being Sunday they had roast meats. James asked for some beef and got a piece nearly the size of his plate! It was all really good. We did see one man on the large size start by getting two plates of food and then two portions of dessert. There's no wonder some Americans are the size of a house with all of this for so cheap. We didn't stuff our faces too much because we are hoping to be extra good before we get back to the UK and lose some weight. After eating we asked where their fitness suite was so we check it out. It was pretty nice, not very big but there can't be too many people who come here and want to use it. Afterwards we went back to our room and unpacked our bags, giving them a bit of a sort too because we've got quite a lot of stuff to bring home!
