We put today aside for some organising. So we pretty much went out for some breakfast this morning, scrambled eggs with tomato, onion, mushrooms and green pepper with brown toast, so very good! Then came back in to get on with it, there had been a little hitch with the wifi but we still managed to work out which places we want to visit in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and back to Thailand to spend time on the West coast. Now we just have to join it all up and get some booking done. Then change our original flights as we will have gone over by at least a couple of weeks or more!! The only other time we left the hotel was to go out for some tea later on. As you walk along the strip of restaurants most of them pride themselves on the fresh fish and seafood they have outside in ice trays. They have some very very impressive catches, I think the biggest fish we've seen are blue marlin and they have some amazing looking crabs. I think one night well have to try something.
