OK everyone its another first, it has been raining now since 7pm last night non stop, s*** s*** s***, b***** b***** poop poop. Never mind I suppose it had to happen and I suppose its at a good time seeing my "accident" has made me a little slower. I am now offically a slow injured eye shinner SLOTH.

That being said yesterday after waking to a bright sunny morning with pancake smells drifting past our site we set off with plates in hand to the pool area to have a pancake breaky with staff of the caravan place and 60 or so others, now where did they come from? Lots of yummy maple syrup honey cinnamon etc we caught up with a few new fellow travelers and chatted away most of the morning. Fast paced here in caravan world!!

We decided we should not go fishing as planned (once more due to mwaa) so off we set out in the car for ..........ok south. We had a great time and saw an aborigninal community, some lovely beaches and Mike discovered, to his knowledge, the Best Meat Pies EVER. Yes a bad lunch followed a bad breaky ! We then went to a place called Babinda where this all happened but we made up with a walk along the wild water river called The Boulders, very tropical rainforest as it was raining beauitful cascading waters just lovely.

We made our way back too Destiny to get ready for a golf lesson at the local golf course which is just over the road, lucky. You paid for an hour of driving and balls and the golf pro would give you helpful hints on your swing etc. Great fun and I learnt a few tips that instantly improved my swing and grip, so today we are planning a round if it stops raining, bring it on

Yet as I mentioned at this time in the day Friday it looks more like weather for ducks then golf!!
