Ok everyone its day 43, its going a long fast and yet slow at the sametime if that makes sence, it does to me!!! and I'm writing it. Yesterday we arrived in Cairns again to unseasonal weather of showers blowing thru. This indeed did not dampen our resolve to enjoy the warmer weather so what else do you do in Cairns on a Saturday arvo, you go to the AFL game on Gold Coast V RIchmond. Off we walked with our ponchos under arm to sit in the outer on the grass in the sun slash greying skies to watch what was a dismal display of footy by two teams who can do better. It was woeful but nothing better on offer so we cheered for the QLD side as we were surrounded by their supporters. Only had a few lite sprinkles of presipitation and a night out was had. We went into town afterwards for a meal as the only thing on offer at the footy was "Dagwood Dogs, QLD's = to Pluto pups in VIC I think either way disgusting things. We had a good Maylasian meal into town.

Today we woke ( I had been awake a few times thru the night) to rain rain rain so we decided to veg and watch ABC TV's current affairs shows till 11.30. Caught up on all the political satire, finniacal and the sport would for the past week, some good some not so good The sun broke out so we packed ourselves up and went to the driving gange just down the street and got 2 big buckets and away we went. GOOD fun I say I even think I could find this sport one I can be encouraged to participate in more and more. I did hit some good, bloody good and so ashamidly bloody terrible ones. Thinking of going to training with the pro giving hints and tips this Thursday night. Well best be off I can hear the sound of the washing machine calling me love to all who read this xxxxxx
