Last night for dinner we had 2 freshly caught whole fish and they were yummy, one was a Mango Jack the other one was (s*** forgot,) but it was pink in colour and tasted quite sweet and yummy too. We have driven thru some most beauitful rolling lush green tablelands today in clear blue sunny skys.
