OH yeah this was a wonderful from start to finish. woke up and got up, bonus and then off we set to catch up with the crew from Big Mama charters who took us out today on the GBR to a coral reef called Adelaide and it was spectacular. Take a look at this beastie, he is about 4 to 5 metres long missing his right front leg and very very ugly!!! We took a tinny out on the river to the back of South Mission beach. Not much was bitting ( I did get a very small bream) so we trolled the river up and back. It was a sunny day not like the weather forcast of rain, we had a great time. Yesterday we left the big smoke of Cairns and drifted about 2 hours south and ended up at a caravan park right on the beach opposite Dunk Island at South Mission The sun was shining and the wind only light when we arrived and it was a beautiful sight. We set up then had a drive around the local area and organised a white water rafting trip on the nearby Tully River and a sailing trip out to the reef for later in the week.
