Today we didn't quite manage to head of as early as planned but we got the car sorted and popped to the warehouse for a few more bits! Today we made the most of being back in a house, we had a lay in and spent the day sorting our next route, packing the car and just chilling. It's now really starting to feel like home and will be strange to leave it again tomorrow. Hana cooked dinner tonight which was lush, homemade burgers and chip and we sat and watched some more tv, we got another early night as we wanted to head off early tomorow.

Today we woke up early as through the night and morning it had been raining hard which never leads to a good night sleep when camping! We decided we would head straight back home to Auckland via the west coast. This lead us along some lovely windy roads and alone some of the coast. Today we got up and headed to Regina Cape which is the most northerly point in New Zealand, this took us about an hour and was an amazing drive that winded along the ridge of a mountain. Once there we walked down to the lighthouse which had an amazing view of the sea and had the must have sign that show's the distance to other cities.
