This was a quick trip down the Pacific Coast Highway that was abbreviated by the Woolsey fire and a deadline set by the Lakers game. The highlights were a neat hotel in Santa Cruz and a fantastic breakfast on a pier in Monterey thanks to Jen's Yelp searching skills. The PCH was everything they say it is and deserves another visit at another time. We made it in on time and the game was great.
