Today is our last day as the Euro six and the sun is shining. We have been very lucky with the weather. After breakfast we pack up for the last time. Overcast today but not raining at the moment. We got up late today. Having a day of visiting the area John grew up in Broadstairs, St Peters and Margate. By the time we finished breakfast the weather was clearing. Went shopping in Deal for groceries and things we had forgotten to pack. We had coffee at Janet and Alan's house outside of Deal. Sorry about the delay in posting the blog. No Wi-Fi so I had to wait till it was available. Sunny morning and great for our trip to Kent where John was born and spent part of his early life. It took us 2.5 hrs. to pack the camper. Dee did haircuts on Trevor, John and I. Dee and I bought groceries to stock camper while John and Trevor met Paul to pick up the 7 seater car. Woke up to heavy rain and packed up the camper for our trip back to Emsworth. Dee and Trevor have organised some significant sites to visit on the way back. We mainly stay on the A roads but need to go on B roads to see the sights. Firstly we go along a narrow road to see the White Horse on slopes of a high hill in Bratton Downs near Westbury.
