Morning everyone. Got up at 6am thinking I would be up by myself but Dee was already up. John is still sleeping.It is cool outside and raining. Relaxing and catching up with messages and having a coffee. John and Trevor got up late.Dee and I went to the Matalan to get a new pair of jeans as I had not packed any. 45 mins later we were out and on our way to visit Trevor's mum. Meanwhile John and Trevor unbeknownst to us were parked no more than 100 metres away and getting shoes for John. They made it to Trevor s mum before us.Trevor's mum was so excited to see 'Johnny' as she hasn't seen him for many years. We enjoyed a cup of tea with her. It was very nice to meet her after hearing lots about her from John and Dee. She speaks exactly the way Elsie (John's mum) used to.We then went to Hayling Island for lunch at the local fish and chip cafe. The beach there had pebbles and lots of beach huts. Sailing boats were on the ocean even though it was cold and raining. There were even people in T shirts and shorts. Really isn't spring/summer weather.We met Dee's dad, Les, and Pat at the cafe. We had lunch and dessert. I would like to thank Les for treating us to lunch. Hopefully we will be able to treat him for lunch soon.We visited Trevor's sister Lizzy and husband Colin who live on Hayling Island. We were in stitches of laughter as Dee had taken a wrong turn which allowed Trevor and John to get there first. She had commented that Trevor would be standing there commenting about what took us so long. Sure enough as we came round the corner there were Trevor and John shrugging their shoulders as to why we took so long.John went home with Trevor and Dee and I went to the shops again to get a few things for our trip away tomorrow.The sky has now cleared at 5pm but still remains cool. Will spend the rest of the evening relaxing as we have a big day tomorrow traveling to Wales.Till tomorrow all our love to everyone at home.
