Up early and off to the Louvre! We saw Mona and watched all the cute French school kids on excursion. We saw a fair bit of French art, most is pre 1850 so it's not my strong point. Another beautiful day in sunny Paris. A morning trip up to Sacre Coeur and a wander through Montmartre. More macaroons consumed and a lot of stairs climbed as it's on the top of a hill. I'm going to start this blog in sections today. Matt and I got up nice and early and we are waiting in a queue to go up the Eiffel tower. We are first in line, we got here about 8am thinking it opened at 9am. For all future travellers, it's 9.30am. It's now 8.45am so we are halfway there. Now it's 9.15pm. Bienvenue a Paris! Yes we are safely in Paris and the French have certainly turned on the weather for us... It's brilliantly sunny and warm. We arrived in Paris and didn't do too much in the afternoon, a wee nap and some food but tonight we were on our bikes for action...
