unfortunatley i didnt take any photos in nelson so theres a one of wellington there.

after 3hours on the ferry we had a good 6hour bus journey to nelson where we stayed for 1 night. the hostel was really nice and the people in our room were nice, got talkin to two israeli girls a couple of germans and a dutch guy. we were lucky we booked in advance for a change (normally the bus driver finds you somewhere when you get there if you dont book) because there was nooo accomodation anywhere in or near nelson so there were 10 people just from our bus with nowhere to stay haha. unlucky!

we went to see the ring from lord of the rings as its in a jewelers nelson but it was closed so we had to settle for seeing it through the window. it was massive!
