waitomo was where the caves were, that where we did the black water rafting. must admit it was good to do once, but you wouldnt catch me doin that again! basically you have your own rubber ring and you climb into the cave and go down the water in it. but its 300m underground, pitch black, and freezin cold. the glow worms looked sooo cool though, they were like thousands of tiny blue stars, but the cam coulndt pick them up because they were too faint.

it was a bit claustrophobic which i didnt like but it was an experience. jonnys head torch broke so at least i had him clinging to me for the light haha. part of it you have to jump backwards of a waterfall which i didnt like. il upload the pics from a cd we bought next time i get online coz im in macdonalds now and i didnt think they'd have the facilities but they do!
