8/2/06 As Rotarua was so close we didn't leave Taupo until 9.30am. 7/2/06 We were heading to a place called Taupo today so we left at 7.30am. On the way we sopped at a place called Taihape which boasts the largest corregated iron gum boot (wellie) and believe me it was big.
