Woke up at 12, me, Din and Michael went to Linksys and I had some shrimp vegetable rice and an iced coffee. Vietnam isn't so good at iced coffee but the ones here are ok!
We got a taxi to the cinema at 1, can't be bothered with doing cultural things today! Went to see Step Up 4 in 3D, it was rubbish, the story didnt make any sense at all! The dancing was amazing though, gonna bust a move tonight!
When the film finished we went for a walk and walked down Din Street, much to Dins delight! We walked through the park where locals were excircising, they use any open space for exercise, there was these 3 aerobics women and we decided they were trying to be 'the mob' like in the step up film! They loved us! As everyone does excercise in parks they blast music through big speakers.
I found a shuttle c*** on the floor and me and Din decided to play 'flip flop badminton'! Hilarious! All the locals stopped stretching and running and watched us looking amazed! They loved it to! You have limited resources when your a traveller!!!
Looked over and Michael had a baby squirrel in his hands that was a girls pet! It was so cute! It's called dory! It was so small and so fast! I don't know how it didn't run away from this girl! Michael got over excited and nearly squished it so we had to leave. Haha
Walked to another part of the park and there was three boys doing judo! (in my blog title picture) I ran up doing my Jackie Chan impression and asked for a picture with them! They were hilarious! Not a world of English though but they probably wouldn't understand me if they could!
After the excitement of the park we walked to Coffee Bean and had an iced cappuccino. Got talked about getting our future told which made us want to do it! There is places everywhere that do it but we arnt stupid. You can get it done in some big temples and the monks look at the stars and all that crap. I want it done there!
Din has had his future told before and they told him he wasn't going to live past 2012! How bad is that! Good luck Din! Ha I told him on January 1st I would congratulate him on being immortal!
Walked home after this, Michael and Din got a sandwich from some three wheeled contraption but I didnt want one. Walked to the beer stalls down our street an sat with a beer talking about tattoos, we then saw a tattoo parlour across the street.... The rest is history!
I got my full arm tattooed for £10!! How good is that! I didn't see the needle he did it with though and the guy was a bit dirty but it's ok! I'm being spontaneous in Asia!! I got naked women, fish and anchors in rainbow colours all the way up! Totes amaze!!!
Haha joking! Would love to see my mums face though! Michael already has like 4 tattoos, 2 of which are joint on his wrist and he wanted to change them. He has a tribal one with writing underneath saying 'Leo' his star sign and he wanted Maori put around the while thing! It cost him 650000 dong (£20) and took an hour!
Me and Din got bored waiting for him, Din is an artist so he was drawing all over my arms and we decided how to change his tattoo as he doesn't like it! Maybe I should be a tattooist? Oh wait I don't like needles, is this an issue?
Michael's tattoo was finished, Michael asked if they were putting cream or cling film on it and he said he wasn't putting anything on it as it a different climate and just to try and keep it dry!
Went back to the room, got ready and went out at about 10.
At the beer stalls I had a Vietnamese Long Island Iced Tea! It. Was. Strong!!
Had a mojito after that, they have these fire shows everywhere here, mostly on the beach but there was a fire performer doing tricks like eating, breathing and all sorts of stuff. I asked the bar lady how old he was and she said 6! 6 actual years old. I hated it.
Asked the bar lady about a club to go to and she said go to Lush Bar. So we got a taxi there! We ordered a strawberry shot pitcher which was nice!
Bumped into Natalie a girl we know from one of the night buses! She is a crazy girl! Ha
After we finished one pitcher we ordered another, the bar girls tried to short change us 80000 dong which we did not accept, she kept giving it to us in 10000's until she huffed and puffed and gave us it all.
We had only drank half of the pitcher and the bar girls decided to throw the rest of it away. s*** hit the fan.
The pitcher wasn't expensive but you can't just throw someone's drink away because they they didn't allow you to steal there money! They girls were real cocky about life so I asked for the manager, they said they didn't have one but I worked out which guy it was and strolled straight up to him. See you later b****es.
I explained it to the owner who said we could have our drinks back but the club was closing soon, Michael decided we should just get the money back as we would leave soon but the owner didn't want to do that and I understood why.
Then the manager came along, he looked like a troll and acted like one to! He started screaming at me for speaking nicely to the owner, I don't really react well when I get screamed at and I was being reasonable before. So, I sat at the bar, waited for a drink and was not moving until I got one. Michael started going crazy at the manager! Scary stuff!
Safe to say we are banned from the bar! Wouldn't want to come back anyway!
After receiving our drinks we got a taxi back to Go2 Bar at the end of our street, it costs 150000 dong (£4.50) to get into the club upstairs and we got a free drink so I chose vodka sling, what else!!! The bouncers of the club stamp you with a 'VIP' stamp but as I was cheeky to then they stamped me about 100 times all over my arms, legs and face! Great now I look like I've got chicken pox!!!
Go2 was ok, we stayed there for about an hour dancing which I have missed! We lost Din at one point so walked up and down the street trying to find him! He had gone to find food but we were worried about him.
Found Din then we all left! Again the receptionist loved me dinging his bell to let me in! I seriously don't think they mind though as we pay $12 a night!
