Oh I think it is going to be one of those long days again! Was due to see the mountains etc today but didn't't get in until 6am. Had to get up and leave my room at 9am!! Arghh. There was a new student coming. My host mum did let me go back to sleep in her bed though. But I couldn't't get back to sleep, so here I am awake and have to stay awake until 10pm tonight, then I get the overnight bus to Mendoza. We went to a Casa Fiesta (house party) last night. One of the American Guys from school knew a local girl and she told us about it. I was the only english person there, with the 3 americans, oh and one Australian. I even managed to talk to a few locals. It is amazing what drink does. I actually thought I was fluent in spanish!! Party was really cool. Electronic music though (heavier than house/dance music, quiet strange really). When we first got in there it was really weird, but we soon got in the rhyme of it. Someone had cleared their whole house for the party. We think they do this to help them pay for their rent. Entre fee is $3 for guys and free for girls. Had a proper DJ, lights, lazars etc. Everything starts so late here. We got to the party at 2am and left at 6am, but it was still full when we left. They probably kept going until 8 - 9am.
