Arrived in Arequipa today at 5.30am. Only a 10 hr bus journey. Rather short for me. Hardly had time to sleep! Walked round town today. Very nice city, lots of churches! Though to go in you have to pay - like 5 pounds!!! So I just had a look from the outside. Tomorrow morning going on a 3 day tour up the Colca Canyon. Will be staying in lodges this time, not tents! THE LONGEST EVER COACH JOURNEY - 3 DAYS Day 3 on the fun Bus!! Just waiting for the coach driver to fix the bus! We have broke down in Peru, a little town called Chala.
