La Paz - nice hey!!??! Got here last night about 9.30pm - 10pm from Copacabana, Lake Titicaca. It took nearly five hours, so much for the 3 hr bus ride! I had to get off at one point and get a boat across the river. It was such an experience. All the tourist buses were booked so I had to get the local one. They put my rucsac on the roof!! I was a little concerned but I got it back at the end. Once we got near to la paz it was horrible. Very poor...

Tuesday: After another fantastic bus journey (so un like me to have horrible bus journeys, i know!) I got to Puno at 4.30am in the morning from Arequipa. Whoops! I didn`t plan this to good as the connecting bus to Copacabana doesn`t leave until 7.30am. There was a guy selling bus tickets at the station, he sorted out my ticket and hotel for a few hours.
