Hola, Been having a good week, even though my spanish is still totally crap. I think I am more confused now than before I came. Oh well, I tried and all I can do is keep practising and hope that I just meet English speaking people. My family have been really sweet. Haven't seen much of the American Student that also stays there. The other night I was chatting to the daughter about designs (she designs clothes) and her boyfriends etc. They also loved seeing pictures of my ugly family. I ended up buying one of Tamera's T-shirts that she had designed. It is really trendy. You never know, she maybe the next Gucci?? After school I have checked out the City of Cordoba. It is the 2nd biggest city in Argentina (BA being the largest). Lot of churches and Museums to see. The park was nice. Yesterday went and did some exercise, well, 2 laps of the local outdoor pool! haha. Sun Bathing is much easier. Need to rest, after all, I did a whole 4 hrs of school today! 50% of the people in the cordoba are students, so I am looking forward in going out tonight. I have been a good girl all week and stayed in, but tonight is the night I let my hair down, and god am I looking forward to mucho vino!! Tomorrow Naz and I (my new American friend, from San Fran) are heading out of the city to the mountains. Apparently there are many pretty sights to see. So we are in search for them. Booked my ticket out of here for Sunday evening, I head off west to Mendoza for some horse riding etc. Have a good weekend!!! xxx
