Today we visited the London eye. Although the line took 45 minutes under the sun, it was definitely worth the wait. Its literally like a massive Ferris wheel , and actually is the biggest wheel in the world. You had to stand inside a large dome shaped capsule that had glass around it. At 8 30 this morning our alarms went off. I had to peel myself up and out of my bunk because it was so early. I have to say living out of a cage is pretty interesting. I nearly accidentally changed my code on thelock the other day, so i nearly got locked out of all the possessions I'm carrying ! We made it to breakfast today thank god. Sweaty, sticky and hot. That is how we all woke up on Sunday morning being smothered by our thick dooners. We had slept past breakfast so decided to eat out. After our big night out we thought it would be smart to eat a greasy brekky. We sat outside on wooden tables and chairs shaded by leafy green trees at vibe bar cafe. I got 3 poached eggs with bacon for 7 pounds it was soooo good and we snuck in freshly squeezed juices we bought from the market right outside....

So on Friday we had to pack up our bags and unfortunately say goodbye to our little apartment in brick lane. We had to lug our back packs to our new hostel in shore ditch. It was only a 5 minute walk to the dictionary hostel, thank god. I have to say we made quite of an entrance, as Molly couldn't balance properly with her heavy pack on and was clumsily stumbling side to side in reception. Not to mention when Beks shoe got caught on the complimentary drink bucket...

Our first day in the big city was perfect. We walked down brick lane to a cute little cafe called Franze and Evans. There was a long stand of cakes and pastries positioned next to the counter and coffee machine that looked soooo good.
