Thursday and Friday were normal days at school!
Saturday morning, went for a run after a much needed sleep in, then lunch. At about 3 in the afternoon Maryse, Maïwenn and I went into Vannes to do some Christmas shopping:) went to heaps of different places and I managed to get everything I needed. Didn't get home until about 7.30 that night :)
Had 'galette' for dinner. It's a crêpe, but made with black flour so it's more for savory things. Egg, cheese, ham and onion inside it... Bon Appetite! Sooo good!:) watched Lord of The Rings after dinner for the first time in my life! Was pleasantly surprised with how good it was, even though I missed the last half an hour of it as I fell asleep... oops!
Today (Sunday), lounged around this morning after another good sleep in. Had duck for lunch! First time I've eaten it and it wasnt so bad!
After lunch, we took Maïwenn to basketball and Maryse, Hervé and I went to the local Christmas market in Saint Avé, which was lovely :) After the market, instead of watching Maïwenn lose in basketball, the three us went to a town called Quiberon. It is on the coast of Brittany so of course we saw bulk ocean :) was so beautiful and have uploaded photos! We walked around the cliffs for a while and got home at about 5.
Normally the French don't cook a main course for dinner on a Sunday night, but tonight we went to the grandparents for the usual drink and after stayed for tea. Was a big family dinner, with lots of relatives and good food:) It was Juliette's (one of the Maïwenn's cousins) 21st birthday the other week so we sang Joyeux Anniversaire to her and she blew her candles out :)
Some how I got myself into promising I would do the Gangnam Style dance with Juliette and her dad Marseille for everyone (35 people!!) on Christmas day!? Maïwenn blabbed that I knew some of it (but who doesn't?!) but said she would help me rehearse! Eeeeep! :/
School tomorrow, 8am start so I need sleep!
